- Add SSL verification state tracking to Dahua.pm to ensure retry logic works for all requests
- Add SSL retry logic to Dahua.pm sendCmd method
- Remove redundant 'use IO::Socket::SSL' statements from TapoC520WS_ONVIF.pm retry blocks
