ZoneMinder::Control::Reolink_HTTP has shipped without a Controls entry, so it could not be picked for a monitor unless someone added one by hand on the Control Capabilities page. Add 'Reolink HTTP API' to db/controls.sql for new installs and to zm_update-1.39.41.sql for existing ones (INSERT ... WHERE NOT EXISTS on the protocol, so a hand-made row is kept and the file can be re-run). The flags follow what the module implements: reboot, continuous pan/tilt/diagonal moves, continuous zoom and focus, autofocus, presets with home, speeds 1-64 as the Reolink API takes them. fixes #5246 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
