37cc176c70 Issue #374 apk size check 
In addition to apk existence check, size check is done. If an incomplete
apk is found it is deleted before starting a download.

f3d7b5de57 Issue #308 sdcard problems might be fixable now 
If two ExternalFilesDirs are available, the non-removable is going to be
used now. Also, if setting a download directory in the preferences
screen fails, a fallback directory will be suggested.
