Improve related checks such as ZIP.
Reduce duplicated translations and tests.

eee8b8c03f Add support for extension compatibility (#8081) 
The compatibility does support only a minimum version of FreshRSS. If we need
something a bit more clever in the future, it is possible to handle a rule
with a bit more complexity.

833007f586 Upgrade to PHP_CodeSniffer 4 (#7993)

A couple of rules have changed name. Exclusion paths have slightly changed behaviour.
Main change is that it was unhappy with our i18n header comments, so minor edit there, since that rule kind of makes sense the rest of the time
