Fix user interaction with showing password feature

Before, the password was hidden again after 2 seconds. Now, the password
is hidden when the mouse is released

Fix bug with Minz_Translate
...
When a path was registered before initialization, it was not considered unless
by calling reset() method.
This is fixed now.

Change name of user configuration var in Context

- FreshRSS_Context::$conf is replaced by FreshRSS_Context::$user_conf
- Introduce FreshRSS_Context::$system_conf
- Remove FreshRSS_Configuration object
