Konrad Gräfe 16472fd427 Fix MySQL UNIX socket support (#5166) ...

MySQL uses different parameters for passing UNIX socket pathts
(unix_socket) and TCP sockets (host) in contrast to PosgreSQL which uses
one for both (host).
