Marien Fressinaud 7cca47d1ab Change name of user configuration var in Context

- FreshRSS_Context::$conf is replaced by FreshRSS_Context::$user_conf
- Introduce FreshRSS_Context::$system_conf
- Remove FreshRSS_Configuration object
