Implements #561

* UI: Thumbnail: Own column, Custom size, Lazy load

* UI: Thumbnail: Remove unnecessary CSS rule

Remove rule already defined in base theme, no override needed

* CSS lint + RTL

* Improve thumbail and summary generation

* Support img alt

* Missing htmlspecialchars
