fix(deps): retain slack upload API compatibility

LocalAGI still uses UploadFileV2, which slack-go removed after v0.17.3. Keep the compatible version while allowing the rest of the grouped dependency updates to proceed.\n\nAssisted-by: Codex:gpt-5 [go test]
