ID with a fixed name for any of this, so a second add-on that runs commands gets
the same behavior with its own title.
The same holds for the rest of the interface. Settings, the Tools menu, the
network card of a chat and the model prompt describe the provider by its
declared title, or by generic words ("the add-on that runs commands") when none
is installed. Core text never names a shipped add-on, so the title you declare
is the only name your users see for it. A test reads `addons/*/manifest.json`
and fails when a locale string, a Settings label or a Go string of core names an
add-on that provides a role.
