test(addons): list the host-held proposal spec in the tables-tools suite

The adapter spec 'stores the proposal and applies nothing when the host
holds the call for a person' passes in the suite but was not in the
required case inventory, so the inventory check failed with a mismatch
of one extra case. Add it, taking the name from the passing run.
