test(addons): list the translation specs in the suites that run them

Browse Source 
The contracts suite runs the new language and manifest translation
specs of the contract and packaging packages, the catalog suite the
translated library entry specs, the apps suite the localized app
view, and every suite that runs the add-ons HTTP package the negotiated
language spec. The gallery suite lists the unit and browser specs of the
translated titles. The required-case comparison needs each of them.
