fix(gallery): pin Stable Audio SFX weights

Browse Source 
The mutable upstream download no longer matches the gallery checksum.
Pin the file to an immutable revision with the published expected hash.
Regenerate the compatibility gallery and document installation.

Fixes #12924

### Stable Audio SFX installation
Install the Stable Audio 3 Small SFX model for text-to-sound generation:

local-ai models install audio-cpp-stable-audio-sfx
```
The gallery pins the Q8_0 file to an immutable upstream revision that matches
its SHA256 checksum. Changes to the upstream `main` branch do not change this
download. Use this model with `/v1/sound-generation` and set `duration_seconds`
to control the sound length.

One model serves one family, and a family advertises the tasks it can perform. The
