Adam Dobrowolski 1059543931 [BoxLayout] Added PageLayout & BoxLayout fixups
* Fixed Rect to always set maxSize and BoxLayout navigation
* removed commented out focusItem
* Removed redundant handling
* General BoxLayout fixes
