Kelsi 1b06bf4e3a feat(character): let the arm push back-sheathed blades instead of clipping ...

While running, the left arm swing intersected the canted 2H blade on
the back. Track the ElbowLeft attachment point against the weapon
model's AABB each frame and ease the weapon outward from the spine by
the penetration depth, so the elbow visibly pushes the blade aside
rather than passing through it.
