Update pluggy requirement from <=1.3.0 to <=1.4.0 in /backend (#468)
Updates the requirements on [pluggy](https://github.com/pytest-dev/pluggy) to permit the latest version. <details>
Changelog

Sourced from pluggy's changelog.

pluggy 1.4.0 (2024-01-24)

Features

[#463](https://github.com/pytest-dev/pluggy/issues/463) <https://github.com/pytest-dev/pluggy/issues/463>
_: A warning :class:
~pluggy.PluggyTeardownRaisedWarning
is now issued when an old-style hookwrapper raises an exception during teardown. See the warning documentation for more details.

[#471](https://github.com/pytest-dev/pluggy/issues/471) <https://github.com/pytest-dev/pluggy/issues/471>
_: Add :func:
PluginManager.unblock <pluggy.PluginManager.unblock>
method to unblock a plugin by plugin name.

Bug Fixes

[#441](https://github.com/pytest-dev/pluggy/issues/441) <https://github.com/pytest-dev/pluggy/issues/441>
_: Fix :func:
~pluggy.HookCaller.call_extra()
extra methods getting ordered before everything else in some circumstances. Regressed in pluggy 1.1.0.

[#438](https://github.com/pytest-dev/pluggy/issues/438) <https://github.com/pytest-dev/pluggy/issues/438>
_: Fix plugins registering other plugins in a hook when the other plugins implement the same hook itself. We do not plan to remove the aliases, but we strongly recommend to only import from
pluggy.*
to ensure future compatibility.

Please note that pluggy is currently unable to provide strong typing for hook calls, e.g.
pm.hook.my_hook(...)
, nor to statically check that a hook implementation matches the hook specification's type.

... Update databases requirement from <=0.7.0 to <=0.8.0 in /backend (#471)
Updates the requirements on [databases](https://github.com/encode/databases) to permit the latest version. <details>
Release notes

Sourced from databases's releases.

Version 0.8.0

Breaking

This release improves isolation of connections and transactions across concurrent tasks:

Database connections are now task-local and are not inherited by child tasks

The
@db.transaction
decorator uses the calling task's connection

Each new task uses a new connection unless a connection is explicitly provided

These changes improve the consistency of behavior and fix bugs where connections and transactions were not properly isolated such as: encode/databases#123, encode/databases#125, encode/databases#134, encode/databases#155, encode/databases#424, and encode/databases#452.

In most cases, these changes should not be breaking. However, if using an open transaction across tasks, the active connection (
db.connection()
) now needs to be explicitly passed to each task. See the new documentation for an example.

Added

Allow SQLite query parameters and support
