Automatic OpenTelemetry exporter setup is now opt-in. If you rely on FastAPI to configure exporters from `OTEL_*` environment variables, set `FASTAPI_OTEL_AUTO_CONFIGURE=true` or use `FastAPI(telemetry={"auto_configure": True})` to retain the previous behavior.
