Jonathan BennettandClaude Opus 5 2cf97c1b64 Pin membrowse-action to a SHA to unbreak CI (#12209)
A push to membrowse/membrowse-action's v1 tag today shipped an action.yml that
uses ${{ github.workspace }} in the `description:` of its new source_root input.
Expressions are evaluated in the `inputs:` section too, and the github context
does not exist there, so the runner refuses to load the manifest:

  membrowse/membrowse-action/v1/action.yml (Line: 77, Col: 18):
  Unrecognized named-value: 'github'

Every membrowse job now fails in "Set up job", before any of our steps run, and
build_firmware.yml's membrowse job feeds ci-gate - so the required check is red
on every PR in the repo.

Pin both references to 34719bdb0472, the SHA v1 resolved to on the last green
run (membrowse 1.2.15, 03:34 UTC today), which also stops a third-party tag
move from reaching us unannounced again. comment-action/action.yml is identical
at both SHAs; pinning it is for consistency, not because it broke.

The repo's own size enforcement is unaffected either way: size-budget-gate
reads the manifest-* artifacts from pio-build, not anything MemBrowse produces.

Overview

This repository contains the official device firmware for Meshtastic, an open-source LoRa mesh networking project designed for long-range, low-power communication without relying on internet or cellular infrastructure. The firmware supports various hardware platforms, including ESP32, nRF52, RP2040/RP2350, and Linux-based devices.

Meshtastic enables text messaging, location sharing, and telemetry over a decentralized mesh network, making it ideal for outdoor adventures, emergency preparedness, and remote operations.
