Carlos Valdes a2a27f4f99 Track meshtastic/Crypto with git-refs on rp2040/rp2350 and bump to 9ceb213 (#12157 )

The other platforms moved their Crypto comment to datasource=git-refs in
#11065 and Renovate has kept them current since (#11879, 1c817c2). rp2040
and rp2350 still say datasource=github-tags, and meshtastic/Crypto has no
tags, so Renovate never updates them: both are still on 591ff9a.

Switch the comment to the same git-refs form and bump the pin to the
current main (9ceb213), which brings in meshtastic/Crypto #4, #5, #7 and #8.
