The 5 h dedup window and the 6 h stationary broadcast floor were paired by a hand-picked one-hour margin. Round the window to 6 h and derive the floor from it: one dedup tick (6 min) above the window, which is the exact margin a stationary node's refresh needs to clear its neighbours' tick-quantised window regardless of tick phase. A static_assert enforces the pairing. Role caps (tracker 1 h, lost-and-found 15 min) are unchanged. Saved configs keep their value, as with the 11 h -> 5 h change in #11606; the new default applies when traffic management config is first installed. Overview
This repository contains the official device firmware for Meshtastic, an open-source LoRa mesh networking project designed for long-range, low-power communication without relying on internet or cellular infrastructure. The firmware supports various hardware platforms, including ESP32, nRF52, RP2040/RP2350, and Linux-based devices.
Meshtastic enables text messaging, location sharing, and telemetry over a decentralized mesh network, making it ideal for outdoor adventures, emergency preparedness, and remote operations.
