On the W12 (schematic W12-MB-V0.2, July 2026) the sub-GHz GC1109 was never turned on, so every packet left through a shut-down, unpowered front end about 50 dB below the board's working output. - Its LDO is enabled by IO4 (PA_EN_M), whose pull-up is not fitted: drive it as LR2021_POWER_EN. - Its CTX/CPS/CSD pins are LR2021 DIO9/10/11, not hardwired: add an RF-switch table (LR2021_DIO_AS_RF_SWITCH, rfswitch.h). - Hold IO3 (PA_EN_G, 2.4 GHz front end) low instead of floating. - Add the GC1109 TX gain curve (same front end as the Heltec V4.2), so the working PA stays within the configured and regional power. - Correct the comments that called the enables pulled high, swapped IO3/IO4, and said RF switching was hardwired. Overview
This repository contains the official device firmware for Meshtastic, an open-source LoRa mesh networking project designed for long-range, low-power communication without relying on internet or cellular infrastructure. The firmware supports various hardware platforms, including ESP32, nRF52, RP2040/RP2350, and Linux-based devices.
Meshtastic enables text messaging, location sharing, and telemetry over a decentralized mesh network, making it ideal for outdoor adventures, emergency preparedness, and remote operations.
