Matthias Clasen 08d06ddf00 Use a commit filter in make-repo ...

We only import the following:
- everything below files/
- everything below export/
- the metadata file
This conveniently takes care of keeping the built-time var/ out
of the repo, and prevents other crap from creeping in.
