sepetersonandClaude Opus 4.8 280f58170b MOB-1341: use vertical padding instead of fixed row height 
Location default rows used a fixed h-[42px], which clips or crowds the label
when the system font size is scaled up. Use py-[11px] so the row grows with
its content while keeping the default-size layout unchanged.
