Wire up the already-seen checkmark on the ExploreV2 species grid: derive the
current user's observed-taxon set via chunked useQueries against
fetchSpeciesCounts and pass showSpeciesSeenCheckmark to each grid item.
Stacked on mob-1332-species-tab, which introduces the species tab itself.

MOB-1332: split already-seen checkmark out to separate PR
...
Remove the ExploreV2 species-tab already-seen checkmark wiring (the
useQueries-based observed-taxon derivation and the showSpeciesSeenCheckmark
prop plumbing) so the species tab can be reviewed on its own. The checkmark
work moves to the mob-1332-seen-checkmark branch, stacked on top of this one.
