Bob QiuandClaude Sonnet 5.5 2b9a3e2b5e fix(insomnia-test): make specs loadable under ESM so playwright --list works ...

Replace __dirname with import.meta.dirname and import insomnia-data enums
as types only (the package is ESM-only at runtime), which made
`playwright test --list` fail in the shard matrix job.
