Installs the Nix package and configures it optimally. Builds a database of installable Nix packages at image build time, integrating it into the command not found handler. Creates a service which sets up a userspace graphics stack for Nix binaries to use when a Nix profile exists. Creates another service which symlinks Nix-provided services into the required systemd directories, and reloads the systemd daemon, so things needing services - i.e. tailscaled - can be used. Increases the image size by around ~17MiB.
