Nate Graham ef007f280c Remove maliit-keyboard 
We already have plasma-keyboard pre-installed, which is a 1st-party
solution. Let's go with that as our preferred virtual keyboard.

Removing Maliit also has the positive side effect of removing a Qt5
dependency.

Resolves #266
