Form: allow ESC key to clear search filter

Renamed older settings to pre-526.47 (might be nice if we had a
MaxDriverVersion property in there)

Added TILEDCACHE_L2_USAGE to Reference too.

Thanks to Guzz from guru3d for these new settings!
