Andrey Prygunkov 865afb2f9a added detection of errors <server busy> and <remote server not available> (special case for NNTPCache-server) to consider them as connect-errors (and therefore not count as retries); added check for incomplete articles (also mostly for NNTPCache-server) to such errors from CrcErrors (better error reporting)
