Lain 107416193c win-wasapi: Fix arithmetic for WAVEFORMATEX::cbSize 
This arithmetic used the incorrect size for WAVEFORMATEX::cbSize, which
is supposed to be sizeof(WAVEFORMATEXTENSIBLE) - sizeof(WAVEFORMATEX).
