Fixes overriding of macOS dock icon behavior.

macOS sets the icon on launch based on:
- The Information PLIST
- A user provided icon by Finder

setWindowIcon overrides this behavior.

Therefore, this commit resolves this issue,
by doing nothing if target is macOS.
