jpark37 af01e044a2 libobs: Fix Lanczos calculations ...

- Fix: Ensure (1, 1) coordinate gets clamped.
- Fix: Increase weight precision by premultiplying UV in VS.
- Cleanup: Group coordinates 012/345 instead of 024/135.
- Cleanup: Remove unnecessary branches.
