Dominik Schmidt c6ac8748d8 refactor: name the thumbnail settings after the service, THUMBNAILS ...

The service is thumbnails and its released variables say so; the new ones said THUMBNAIL. None of them has shipped yet, so they are renamed rather than aliased. The input file size gains the shared OC_THUMBNAILS_ name, because webdav and the generator have to agree on it.
