- Added missing ; to "nbsp"
- Remove filtering from checkbox items in controller
- Added null check to checkboxes in controller
- Fixed function naming to avoid 404
- Removed escaping from fixed urls
- Removed esc() wrapping around site_url() which already returns escaped urls.
