🔧 Refactor ShapesPool to use index-based storage instead of unsafe lifetime references
Replace `HashMap<&'a Uuid, ...>` with `HashMap<usize, ...>` for all auxiliary maps (modifiers, structure, scale_content, modified_shape_cache)
