update chat-fade

Browse Source 
- Username colorization: player names render in a configurable color
- Dialog awareness: pins messages and shows prompt when game dialog
  requires response (e.g. High Alchemy warning)
- Split PM avoidance: overlay repositions above visible split PM chat
