update clickertraining (#8327)

* Add clicker training plugin

* changed commit id

config group was incorrectly set

* updated to new commit ID to fix the license

* added partial levels, volume settings, clogging

* Rewrote audio to use RuneLite's built in audio, slightly reworded settings

* added absolute interval, removed unused imports and cleaned, removed sleep deprivation
