Update quest-helper to v1.5.0 (#1066)

- Adds Grand Tree, Alfred Barcrawl, Horro from the Deep, Fairy Tale I, Creature of Fenkenstrain and Scorpion Catcher
- Many small fixes to existing functionality, largely around ItemRequirements
