* Update max-hit-calculator to v2.0.3

- Add max hit tooltips to stat changing items (potions, imbued heart, etc.)
- Add setting for disabling sidebar panel
- Add tooltips to items in group storage interface

* Update max-hit-calculator

Fix elemental type weakness when calculated with multiple type modifiers
Add Mark of darkness bonus
