add combat-details (#6047)

* Create combat-details

* Update combat-details

* Update combat-details

* Remove configurable option to display total time in combat

It is still logged and tracked for calculating DPS and Kill Per Hour, but it will no longer be viewable to the player.

* Remove attacks/hits display

* Add true DPS display config option
