Update quest-helper to v1.4.0 (#972)

Browse Source 
- Adds new bank filtering functionality, which will sort items into sections for your current quest. This is accessed through a button which appears in the top right of the bank
- Adds more filtering options
- General ItemRequirement improvements to match with the Bank changes
- Various small fixes to existing helpers
