update item-requirements (#9006)

Browse Source 
- Added config for tooltip opacity, triangle corner, and indicator colors
- Increased default tooltip font size to 15
- Replaced red "i" indicator with configurable triangle
- Removed redundant colorblind mode toggle
- Fixed triangle drawing to respect selected corner
- Updated README with clearer description, icons, usage/config details
- Updated example screenshots with new images
