update clogman-mode (#10244)

- Added search bar to side panel
- Added proper tracking of custom additions/removals
- Updated side panel to work with new custom additions/removals logic
- Added filter in side panel for manual unlocks
- Added second box in side panel for manually locked items
- Added gold helmet chat icon
- Various bugfixes and code improvements
