add group-storage-reminder (#8267)

* Create group-storage-reminder

* Remove depreciated access

* Tidy up, update plugin properties

* Always on top

Show overlay on top of bank interface if covered

* Add menu option to add/remove item from reminder

Only visible while group storage interface is open

* Add icons to items in bank/storage

* fixup

* oops

* Update readme, and fixes

* Remove logs
