update boss-name-replacer to v1.2 (#3790)

* Create Boss Name Replacer Plugin- replaces bosses names with funny things, currently replaces Phantom Muspah with 'The Grumbler'

* add license

* remove config

* remove config- actually this time

* Update boss name replacer- add config and boss catch phrases- V1.1

* Change random method

* Change random method

* Update Boss Name Replacer to 1.2v- added scoreboard and examine text
