The plugin previously required users to manually click through every page in the collection log to sync its' data. It now uses methods similar to RuneProfile and Temple to automatically sync all collection log data when the clog is opened. Also updated readme and cleaned up some code

* **⚡ Instant State Sync:** Eliminated delay on party card updates. Player health, prayer points, stats, and equipment now synchronize tick-by-tick immediately upon toggling.
* **⌨️ Chat Typing Protection:** Resolved an issue where pressing ping hotkeys (e.g., 'R') while typing messages in the chatbox would trigger pings and swallow keystrokes on matching letters. (If not using "Press Enter to Chat..." you cannot begin typing with your hotkey.)
* **📜 Royal Titans Prayer Synchronization:** Added separate party card icons for *Eagle Eye* / *Deadeye* and *Mystic Might* / *Mystic Vigour*. Fully synchronized internal Varbit and widget tree inspection logic so prayer unlocked accounts accurately broadcast upgraded prayers.
* **🛑 Raid Start Trigger Overhaul:** Replaced fragile lobby Region ID checks with instanced raid detection (`isPlayerInRaid()`). Auto-ready resets, raid rules printing, and start screenshots now strictly trigger upon entering a raid dungeon, stopping unwanted triggers when walking around.
* **🗺️ Minimap Party Overlay:** Added color-coded party member dots and names on the minimap dynamically styled by selected Loot Rules (FFA Purple / Split Cyan).
* **🧹 Ghost Member Cleanup:** Added active heartbeat monitoring to automatically purge lingering "ghost" player cards when teammates disconnect or close their clients.
