Marcel Hollink 902cc2acaa update bankstanding (#11100) ...

Includes the following set of changes
- Add a set of missing bank locations
- Update the size and location of some existing banks
- Optimize & fix some issues with the level progess overlay
- Updating the readme in regards to new added bankstand tracking integration
