randytkrx e7998035a2 add mercenary-pvm (#11133 )

* Add Mercenary PvM plugin

Clan event hub plugin for tracking events, bingo, splits, and drops
via user-configured clan server. All URLs are user-configurable with
no hardcoded endpoints.

* Update commit hash to include README

* Update commit hash with improved README

* Update commit: UI polish and cleanup

* Update commit: rename to Mercenary, add server docs

* Update commit: privacy wording fix

* Update commit: README and code fixes
