Banking Restrictions

Hardened bank blocking: now catches all "Bank" option variants (Bank, Bank-5, Bank-10, Bank-x, Bank-all)
Added widget safety net: force-closes bank (group 12) and deposit box (group 192) interfaces if opened by any means
Blocked "Talk-to" on banker NPCs to prevent accessing bank through dialogue
Blocked "Withdraw all to Bank" on loot chest interface
Allowed "Collect" on bankers and bank booths (GE item collection)
Allowed "Use [item]" on bankers and bank booths (un-noting, etc.)
Looting bag fully functional (open, deposit, check, settings, store-all)
Loot Key / Loot Chest

All "Take" variants allowed (take, take-5, take-10, take-x)
All "Bank" variants blocked (bank-x, bank-all)
"Withdraw all to inventory" allowed
"Withdraw all to bank" blocked
Destroy and Note options allowed
