* Update maple-xp-bar

added configs to customize the size and position of the xp bar

* address review feedback

- build font once on startup, and again only when config for fontsize changes
- use Font's `deriveFont` when changing fontsize

* address feedback pt2

- utilize FontManager in place of Font constructor
- remove unused import
